MedQVault is a subscription study service operated by Master Medicine Pty Ltd. By ticking the agreement box and creating an account, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy.

Your account and subscription

  • One account per person, for your personal exam preparation only.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel, switch plans, and see invoices anytime through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • The free trial gives full access without a payment method; when it ends without one, your account drops to the free tier. Your history is retained.

Our content

  • Questions, explanations, and figures are our copyright material, licensed to you for personal study. Scraping, republishing, or sharing bank content is not permitted.
  • The bank changes over time: questions are added weekly, and questions found to be flawed may be corrected or withdrawn.

What MedQVault is not

  • Not clinical guidance. Content is written for exam preparation and must not be used for patient care decisions.
  • Not affiliated with ACEM. MedQVault is an independent educational resource; no ACEM examination content is reproduced, and no exam outcome is promised or implied.

Consumer law and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill. Where those guarantees apply and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (where the law allows) to resupplying the service or paying the cost of doing so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on study content for anything other than exam preparation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you and we submit to the courts having jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
