Try before you pay: the free trial gives full access with no payment method, and the free sample set stays free forever, so you should never need to pay to find out whether MedQVault suits you.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not delete your history.
Refunds
- If something went wrong on our side (a billing error, a duplicate charge, or the service failing to deliver what was promised), contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: where a consumer guarantee is not met, you are entitled to the remedies it provides regardless of this policy.
- Change-of-mind refunds for time already used are not generally offered.
