FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many questions are there?

Over 4,000 are live today, growing weekly. Questions that need a visual (an ECG, an X-ray, a clinical photograph) are only released once their explanation figure is verified, so you never meet an unanswerable question.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up and start the trial with no credit card. You get full access: the whole bank, timed mode, per-topic analytics. When it ends, you keep your history, notes, and flags, and drop to the free sample set until you subscribe.

What does it cost?

Current plans and prices are on the pricing page and at sign-up. Prices include GST. You can switch plans, cancel, and download invoices anytime through the billing portal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, self-serve from your account page, effective at the end of the paid period. Your history is never deleted.

Does it work on my phone? Offline?

MedQVault is a web app that installs to your home screen like a native app. Answers you give offline are queued and sync when you reconnect, and a session started on one device resumes on another.

Who writes the questions?

Emergency medicine clinicians, against a documented style guide and quality framework: every question cites an Australasian-aligned source, and every explanation covers the correct answer, every distractor, and the bottom line.

I think a question is wrong. What do I do?

Report it in one tap from the question itself. Reports go straight to the clinical team; questions with confirmed errors are corrected or withdrawn.

Is MedQVault affiliated with ACEM?

No. MedQVault is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, and no ACEM examination content is reproduced.
