Pass guarantee

Last updated

Finish the bank and sit the exam. If you do not pass, we refund what you paid, in full.

This is our promise to you, not a prediction of your result. It is meant to take the risk off trying MedQVault: if you put the work in and the exam does not go your way, you should not be out of pocket for the prep.

What you get back

A full cash refund of your subscription. Not a discount, not an extension, not store credit.

What qualifies

Four things have to be true. All of them.

  1. You completed your guarantee bank. When you subscribe, we freeze the set of questions your account can see that day. That frozen set is your guarantee bank. To qualify, you need a first attempt recorded on every question in it. Questions we release after you subscribe are a bonus and never count against you, so the finish line never moves away from you.
  2. You were subscribed through your sitting. Your subscription has to have been active right through the exam you are claiming on. A subscription that lapsed before the exam does not qualify.
  3. You are on an annual or quarterly plan. A 30-day plan cannot realistically cover the whole bank before a sitting, so it is not part of the guarantee. You can see this on the pricing page before you buy.
  4. You show us the result. Upload your official ACEM result showing the exam was not passed, within 30 days of results being released. We check it before refunding.

How to claim

When you have finished your guarantee bank, a claim panel appears on your account page. Upload your official result there. One claim per subscription. We review it by hand, confirm the four conditions above, and refund through Stripe. You will hear from us by email either way.

The honest bits

We verify claims against the official result because the guarantee only works if it is not gamed. If a handful of your snapshot questions were later withdrawn and cannot be answered, we count 100% of what is still answerable, so a change on our side never blocks a fair claim.

This guarantee is offered by Master Medicine Pty Ltd. It is our own commitment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, and it makes no claim about ACEM pass rates.
